OBITUARY
Blessed are those who knew Sis. Margaret Ann Pryor, a beloved daughter, sister, aunt and child of God. Our Father and Savior called her home to rest on November 28, 2018, to continue His work in heaven.
Margaret Ann Pryor, affectionately nicknamed “Candy” by her grandparents, was born August 16, 1957 in Madison County. The daughter of the late Louis Pryor Sr. and Margie Murphy Pryor was converted at an early age and was a devoted member of Mt. Zion-Cherry Lake, Cherry Lake, Florida. Like her mother, Margaret served on the usher board and was a class leader. She enjoyed contributing her time and cooking, for the church and those in need. Blessed are they that serve others.
She leaves to mourn five sisters, Barbara Hart(Bennie) of Copperas Cove, Texas; Debra Booker(Gary Sr.) of Pinetta, Florida; Mary Ford of Pinetta, Florida; Phyllis Peacock(Joseph) of Columbus, Georgia and Kelley Lynn-Pryor of Okinawa, Japan. Six brothers, Louis L. Pryor(Lorene), Tony M. Pryor(Mary), Kevin L. Pryor(Mamie), Benjamin D. Pryor, Dr. Felix C. Pryor of Pinetta, Florida and Michael Pryor(Sandra) of Ocala, Florida. Eleven nephews and nieces, Broderick Pryor, Jennifer Pryor, Christopher Hart, Andy Ford, Gary Booker Jr., Justin Ford, Tony Pryor Jr., Kevin Pryor Jr., Janavia Lynn Peacock, Terry Pryor and Joey Peacock. Two surviving aunts, Ruthie Flowers of Madison, Florida and Dorothy Strozier of Arizona and uncles Bennie Murphy Jr. and Charlie Murphy of Madison, Florida. Also left to grieve are a host of great-nephews, great-nieces, cousins, beloved friends and her church family.
